Pork belly 500g, Pepper 1 teaspoon, Dried Fish Powder 6 teaspoons, Delicious Fragrant Sauce 1 tablespoon, Soy Sauce 6 tablespoons, Salt 1 teaspoon.
Method for Making Haifeng Millet Dumplings:
Step 1: Mince the pork belly and mix together with soy sauce, pepper, dried fish powder, salt, and delicious fragrant sauce until well combined. Use an appropriate amount of dried fish powder; too much will make the dumplings overpowering and unpalatable. (The millet skin is purchased from outside.)
Wrap the millet dumplings and place them on a steamer over boiling water, steam for 4 minutes, then reduce the heat and steam for a while longer, turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
